Welcome to the world of cloth! YES i am an addict, and please, DON'T send help!
My cloth addiction if you will, started out as a necessity that soon evolved into a whirl wind of love. I started off with 6 3.0 BumGenuis pocket diapers, and from there i went on to try various brands and materials, hey, there could have been 'better' diaper out there, right? how else was i going to know :p. I currently own 60 + diapers and 20 something brands. In this blog i will be reviewing those diapers. Every thing from 'cloth lingo' to diaper prices, to my storing and washing routine. I have been cloth diapering for quite some time (since my almost 3yr old was 5 months) and have fallen in love with MOST styles and ALL prints. To save space i unfortunately wont be putting up pictures of ALL of my diapers. I Hope you find this blog to be informative as well as fun, feel free to ask questions....enjoy :)
Things that WON'T happen in cloth
CLOTH DIAPER LINGO
PUL = polyurethane laminate (water proofing)
AOI = all in one
AI2 = all in 2
POCKET = diaper with opening at one or both ends that allows stuffing option
FITTED = snug fitting diaper that is made from natural fibers that absorb as a whole
EUC = excellent used condition
SIZED = meant for a certain size range
ONE SIZE = fits from birth to potty training
RATINGS
I will rate each diaper with '5 star' ratings, except i will be using hearts :)
please keep in mind that these rating are what " I " think of the diapers, for my children and the children i have used them on. What one diaper i may despise, may end up being another persons perfect fit.
