there disposable inserts or cloth

This diaper as shown is made to have the tabs in the back
to avoid 'child removal'




Really dislike the design of this diaper, as the inner snaps
rub up against baby causing pinched skin and little
bruising :/ also when child grows and tabs move diaper
becomes very uncomfortable. wouldn't recommend :/
